AUSTIN - A man was recovering Thursday after a construction accident on the University of Texas campus.

The worker fell 10 to 15 feet into a hole at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, site of a large expansion project.

He was taken to Brackenridge Hospital in unknown condition, though his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening, officials said.

The stadium expansion is part of a $150 million project that will expand the north end zone to include an upper deck, club seating, an academic center and plaza. It will increase the stadium's gameday seating capacity to over 90,000, and will be ready in time for the 2008 football season.
