I'm not sure I'd agree with slow, but I do know their defense is definitely hard hitting - one of our RB's got a broken collar bone last week.

Slow? no, don't think so. 3A Downlow's own Kool Tarpon 21 is one of their backs, and he is the reigning State 400m champion.

well our #5 runs a 10.3 in the 100 dash, and a 43.5 in the 40m,# 32 runs a 4.3 flat in the 40 watch out one mistake could be all the way

PI is not slow. They are pretty darn fast. After the 1st quarter both teams settled down and played good defense. PI is better than you would think.
I just got back from the game. That's how I know. wink

I just got back from the game. That's how I know. wink Man, I don't know how you could stand it at the game. I could barely take the excitement sitting here in front of the computer. Dang it, I wish we had been there, but since we weren't, I'm happy that PI won.

I just got back from the game. That's how I know. wink Man, I don't know how you could stand it at the game. I could barely take the excitement sitting here in front of the computer. Dang it, I wish we had been there, but since we weren't, I'm happy that PI won.It was worth the price of admission. You just got the feeling that neither team was going to be denied. An instant classic!
