Rumor has it that all of these retirement companies will pull a Enron scam! People are now resorting to socks, and buried coffee cans , to keep their nest eggs.:confused:

What would be a good weight amount to work out with if the Maximum is 155 lbs. on the bench press?

I'd go 70% first set, then 75, 80, and 85.

Are you serious? I was doing that in the seventh grade, and I weighed an all of 150 pounds. That's pathetic, he's like 225 and can't even lift his own body weight in the bench press.

Yeah, but that's pretty pathetic any way you look at it, he's 19 years old and weighs 40 pounds more than that and can't do it. He's one of those guys I would have told to get in the weight room when I played HS basketball. :D

Exactly, I'm trying to gain weight. I'm actually gaining some pretty quality weight, I'm up to a solid 223 and moving on up. I'm happy.
