Not sure on all the details I was watching ESPN's First Take and they were talking about how you should pick him up for your fantasy team because he is a big time prospect with ubber statistics.

Bailey will start Sat. against the Indians. Tough opener for Homer. Indians have the 2nd best scoring offense in the majors.
