I am a spurs in 6 guy myself, 5 wouldn't surprise me, but I will say 6. I think the spurs are too good right now, first time in a couple of years that we were this good at the right time.

get the ole Broom out Spurs in 4, too much everything for the Cavs.

Depends on how the refs call it. A fair game the spurs roll, a repeat of last year and the cavs take it.

This is probably going to be a tough long close series. Remember Cleveland is young and energetic. Their two star players Lebron and Daniel are under 23 years old and are hungry. The Spurs though very good and playing well are the oldest team in the NBA. Plus the City of Cleveland is real enthusiastic and is supported by the rest of the country right now. It could be tough indeed for the Spurs.

We also have to remember that Cleveland beat SA during the regular season the two times they played. That increases the risk.

Also the great actor Paul Newman is from Cleveland. Scary indeed.

Duncan is going to again get MVP of the finals at the end of this series...he will average 30 points, 14 rebs, and 7 blocks in this one. Spurs in 6, the NBA would not allow it to be less than that.

spurs will win, but i am with greengobbla on this one

i really hope lebron gets his ONE, because that's all wade is going to get

lebron actually has a chance to win several, if they bring in another superstar to cleveland

Spurs 4 games to 2

series is tied after 4 games before spurs come away with a win in Cleveland in game 5 and then win it at home:thumbsup:

I really want to say Spurs in 5, but 6 it the number that it will probably be.

Spurs in four...If Vince McMahon's protege steps in and gives his refs a nudge or two they could push the series to six.

If everything is equal though, Spurs put it on cruise control and sweep the JV circuit's sacrificial lamb.

GO SPURS GO :)
I would like to see the Spurs take it in 5 - but it would be "more funner" to win in SA - so that will take 6 games....... hope they can do it........ GO SPURS GO :)

I see it the same way, I HATE the spurs. Would Love to see the cavs win, but the spurs are overpowering the cavs. Lebron will have huge games throught the series.

MVP-Tim Duncan

I hope the Spurs drop "king" James on his "king" sized butt. I can't stand him and his "hype". The Spurs could sweep this series, but the league will not allow this. Refs keep this one close, so I say Spurs in 6.

you know, I would really like LeBron James-if not for the NBA. I would like the fact that he tries to get his teammates involved-if not for the NBA. I would like the fact that he exploded in game 7-if not for the NBA. But all they do is hype him up to the point of me wanting to kill something.

I am worried about this series.
First, every Spur's fan is expecting another championship and those really are incredibly difficult to come by. Second, Mike Brown knows the Spurs better than Avery Johnson does and has implemented the very same defense that works for the Spurs.
Third, the whole country(except Texas for the most part) is somewhat excited for a King James Championship and a few even think the NBA needs this. Fourth, the Spurs are considered the "bad boys" in this series and everyone who really believes that can go and CRAP on themselves, nothing is further from the truth.... The Spurs are the epitome of a team that works hard and does what it has to do WITHOUT becoming part of the local police blotter. I guess that means you are not very "flashy" now. Shame on you who believe that makes a team or player flashy or interesting!
(Yes folks, they the Spurs do the same thing we all do, work hard every day and stay out of trouble.)
Fifth, the Cavs have been called the "Spur's East" now for some time and I'm sure they might have a few wrinkles just to prove they are not that team/organization which they have been labeled as.
Sixth, the Spurs will have had off a full week and that is never good except for the healing of injuries. The rust they might have in game one could very well be too much to overcome.
All in all, I hope the Spurs win their 4th Championship, but Yes I am very worried they might not...
.
Also:
For those folks who think the Spurs are boring... lol you're looking through rose colored glasses because every other team you don't root for tends to look the same way.
.
GO SPURS SO!!!
