They beat UT last night. UT then beat Brown and Wake Forest and now has to play UC Irvine again. Now the Longhorns have to beat them two times to advance. If they lose then UC Irvine advances.

Unfortunately this is to the disadvantage of UT because now the other team's pitchers have rested and they are behind. It always takes a few innings for the UT bats to get rolling and now they are denied this.

I wish Ashley and I could've gone down on Sunday to see Texas vs Wake Forest. We were going to go Saturday but didn't think they would end up playing...until Texas lost to UC-Irvine. :(
