Try plugging your monitor into another computer. If it's still screwed up, then it's probably the monitor. Good luck.

ok
If i put my monitor on any resolution over 800 it goes nuts
everything is in triple and I can hardly read

everything is big here
it sucks


ive troubled shot but no luck
says monitor is working well

does ur monitor have control settings on it? (if it does have u tried restoring it to default settings)

you did say u tried it on different computer and it did the same thing?

Step 2: Take Monitor to backyard
Step 3: Bash monitor with hammer
Step 4: Go to Best Buy
Step 5: Purchase new monitor

if the monitor is showing output then its fine...it is showing what the computer is giving it...

if everything is big, change the resolution...

In the instances that I have seen this problem I have had to change the refresh rate from 70 or 75 Hertz to 60 Hertz. After that is done then change the resolution to a higher setting. I am almost certain that will fix your problem.

Here is how to do it if your running XP or 2000:

To do that Right-Click Desktop --> Go to Properties --> Settings Tab --> Then click advanced option. When the monitor properties box pops up click on the Monitor tab. You will then see the settings for your refresh rate.
