we are supposed to get more rain in Abilene today. MY yard cant take anymore at all. It is already stadning in water and has been for 3 weeks now. The big rain we got Monday night didnt help me one bit. MY home phone will not work because the buried line is underwater and saturated i guess is how the explained it to me.
