Mother uses stun gun on 14 yr old

A Northwest Side mother is behind bars this morning accused of punishing her 14-year-old daughter with a stun gun.

Judy Ann Arispe is charged with felony injury to a child. Her bail is set at $15,000.

According to police, 35-year-old Arispe was mad at her daughter for staying away from home all day and when the teen came home Monday evening, the mother jumped and beat her to the ground.

The mother of three then took a Black Panther stun gun and shocked the girl four times — three times on her thigh and once in the chest.

Arispe does not deny the altercation, but says she was shocked with the stun gun, too.

Child protective services have placed the teen, her 8-year-old sister, and 3-year-old brother in a children's shelter until further notice.

I am all for old school spankings and such..BUT

When as the story relates it and all I can go on, appears that she jumped out and beat her child to the ground then used the stun gun not once, not twice, not thrice( never get to use that word enough) but FOUR times, IMO that is extreme

good i'm glad this mother was used a stun gun.. all mothers need to have a stun gun in case these kids go crazy.. what if this kid had a gun?? we need to stun all the kids

Spare the Rod, Spare the Child Whoop your childs butt, and teach them the way that they should grow! If Butt whippings didn't kill us(if you were born in the 50's,60's,70's,and 80's) It won't kill these ungrateful, disrespectful, little kids now.
Just the other day I was at a gas station pumping gas, several young men sit, talking while a lady in a Hubaround(Electronic Wheelchair) was struggling to get the door open and get inside, did you know that not a one youngster lifted a finger to help this woman. I had to stop pumping gas, jump over the gas pump, and help the lady into the store. Teach these kids something besides playstation...Please:mad:
