A Brooklyn teacher's aide has been charged with assaulting a 6-year-old girl for talking during a movie, the Daily News has learned.

Maryah Rodriguez, a first-grader at Public School 332 in Brownsville, suffered an oval bruise on her abdomen in Friday's incident, her mother said.

Judith Kleinfeldt, 35, allegedly grabbed the girl by the arm and shoved her against a chair in the auditorium where they were watching a movie, Maryah's mom, Maribel Cruz, said yesterday.

Cruz has been called by the district attorney's office to testify before a grand .jury today, said her lawyer Sanford Rubenstein.

"Parents trust our schools, teachers and aides to protect our children, not cause them to suffer serious injuries," Rubenstein said.

An Education Department spokeswoman said the child did not tell anyone at the school about the incident, but reported it to her mother when she got home.

Cops from the 73rd Precinct went to the school and interviewed Kleinfeldt on Friday afternoon, officials said.

" 'Tell the truth!' " Kleinfeldt screamed at the girl in front of cops and Cruz, according to a law enforcement source.

Kleinfeldt was charged with assault, menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment, according to the district attorney's office.

Kleinfeldt, a paraprofessional hired in 1997, could not be reached for comment. She has been suspended without pay, the Education Department said.
