It is now set up so that a person could see every state semi final and final game. In the past, semi final games were being run on two fields at the same time.

Two years ago my cousin's kid was playing for Valley Mills. While that game was going on, I was missing the 3A semi-final game between Lubbock Cooper/Yoakum.

As long as I can remember it has been during the week.

LE played state mid-week last year, kinda blew the whole week away (but it was worth it!)
The boys are playing Wed-Sat this week b/c we have graduation Thursday, and Commerce has it Friday.
Quirky fact - Commerce' primary pitcher is an old friend of Will's from growing-up-years in Wolfe City. Small world.

I'm thinking about going down to Austin that weekend to float the river...and maybe some baseball if I can talk the girl into it. Sure would be nice if Wylie was finally playing in the championship game...against Sinton! :)
