As I reach a milestone, I look back on my time in this board with great pleasure.
It was almost exactly one year ago that I made my very first post. I knew little about 3A football at the time, but new that I loved my Jackrabbits. I worked for two months trying to obtain the seemingly lofty status of "varsity member". As time went by, I began to study and learn more about each opponent that Forney played during their run to the state semi-finals. Over the past year, I have learned where cities that I had never even heard of are located and learned many things about many teams. I've also enjoyed numerous conversations on topics that have little to do with football, such as underwater basketweaving, communists, and boxers or briefs.
I would like to thank all those posters who have made me laugh and cry. (Well, I guess I haven't actually cried while reading this board, but it sounded dramatic.) I really enjoy hearing insight from many of the knowledgeable people on this board, and I look forward to sharing many more milestones with each of you.
