From the actual iTunes end user agreement:

"You also agree that you will not use these products for...the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons."

let me see if I can find a copy of the T/C's from a cell phone insurance agreement. It excludes some crazy things from coverage.

There used to be a line in there about "your phone is not covered if the loss is resulting from a wild animal attack." So if your dog chews up your phone...your fine. If a bear chews up your phone then it's your own damn fault for messing with the bear!

Oh yeah, because if something you can prevent from chewing it up chews it up, they will replace it, but if a vicious animal mauls you and breaks your phone, they're not liable and will do nothing to help you, even though there was nothing you can do.

Let's all hope that we don't start a second civil war any time soon, or else none of us will have phone warranties!!!

Necessity - somebody trying to get a new phone after using it for some manner in which it wasn't intended (i.e. showering while talking on it). :D

So the nuclear hazard is not covered but if it catches on fire AFTER the nuclear contamination, then you are covered. So, if you ever come in contact with nuclear material - throw your phone in a fire so you can get it replaced.
