THIS HAS TO BE ONE THE BEST PLAYOFF GAME EVER PLAYED IN THE COASTAL BEND ESPECIALLY AT WHATABURGER FIELD. TWO FORMAL STATE CHAMPIONS BATTLING OUT FOR THE NEXT ROUND. EXCITING WEEK FOR THIS TWO TEAMS, VERY INTENSE GAME---GOOD LUCK WILDCATS!!!

I agree Maroon. They split the first two games each decided by one run in extra innings. Great baseball by both teams.

it was my belief that the state title game was played this week at Whataburger field...

It's ashame it was so early in the play-offs, but what a performance by both teams. Better luck next year Wildcats and best of luck to Moody!:clap: :clap:

Moody and Calallen beat Robstown too. In fact each team beat the other 2 at least once this year.

Looks like Moody & Robstown could be meeting in a couple of weeks

robstown can pull it off in a one game series. they have one ace. w/o him moody will tag robstown for 10-12 runs. in a 1 game series i think Robstown's ace could give moody some trouble
