Woo hoo, I am finally getting some new furniture. I have looked and looked and finally found some that is comfortable and affordable. I had never been to this store (http://www.furniturerow.com/index.php) before until I recently saw their ads in the newspaper.

Now I just have to wait 2 weeks for delivery.:)

I am a fan of Rooms to Go now. Those folks were great and their product is good too.:)

I've had good luck with Furniture Row in the past.

Did they deliver on time? The only thing that is bothering me is that I have to pay $194.00 for delivery from Corpus Christi to Aransas Pass.:mad: It's a 25 minute drive.

I guess it will be worth it since they will have to unload, bring in etc...but I am just such a tight wad.;)

We're buying from Rooms To Go this weekend. Had originally bought from Roomstore, but Rooms to Go is offering zero interest until 2012 and that's pretty tough to pass up. You have to order online for the offer. Furniture Row has some pretty good prices, but their financing maxes out at 2 years I think.

I think you are probably right. I just went to the Rooms to Go website and found my exact furniture. Now I am going to go home at lunch at compare the prices...Katy bar the door if they are cheaper.:thinking:

I saved about $1000 on the home theatre style furniture by buying from RtG. Also, we have no payments and 0% interest until 2010.:)

My fiancee and I visited Rooms To Go in S.A. yesterday. The furniture we viewed online was hideous in person and our salesman was a peon. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.

So, we traveled to Roomstore and found furniture we absolutely loved with financing that topped off at 12 months. However, my mom-in-law insisted we try to bargain with Mark, our salesman. We did, mentioning the Rooms To Go finance offer which he acknowledged as "Zero interest until Armageddon."

We insisted that if he could get us better financing, we'd purchase three rooms of furniture and pay the regular price, ignoring their $100 off per room special. He left to speak to his supervisor. We were looking to get at least 24 months no interest in order have a payment that would be more managable.

Mark returned with an offer for 43 months ZERO INTEREST, effectively through 2011, one year less than that of Rooms To Go.

So...

I'll be picking up these on the third of June. :D

Wow. We just bought some furniture from Furniture Row and it looks almost identical. Is this the same set that they had in a dark brown, reddish brown, or tan. We went with the reddish brown and then bought coffee tables and end tables from a place called Carter's Furniture.
