Episode was a parody of the theatrical movie "Rudy"...included as guest stars in this episode were Charles Dutton, Sean Astin & Checlie Ross, all of whom starred in "Rudy". Episode included key scenes taken straight from the movie as well, such as the Dutton speech & the employees donating their cards to help Earl make his sales quota.
