starting an all nighter

for my finals..any tips for staying up???

Don't go to sleep. I am awake all night 3 times a week. Job. It is easy. But it is something you plan for in advance. No caffeine during the day before and no pizza or other heavy carbs. Be sure and take a short nap late in the evening on the order of 30 minutes or so. And if you are tired during the night take another 30 minute nap. But only if you know you can wake up.

I honestly concentrate alot better to study after I've had a few beers.

i'd say redbull, but i can't sit still after i drink it. try some strong ass coffee, i hate the stuff but it packs a punch and if you keep it coming you'll stay up! i'm bout to do the same coach! but I hate to sleep, love to nap :)

It puts your body into sugar and caffeine swings. What you want is a level playing field with your body on an even keel so that when you use caffeine at night to assist it actually works instead of crashing your system.
