Yea Cook has verbally commited to the Hurricanes. He is the states best punter. This is just a verbal commitment though. It could still change. A & M and Texas are still interested. He only verabaly commited to the "U" because they said he could play QB. A & M and Texas he would most likely be a back-up QB and starter punter.
