This subtropic low off the Florida/Georgia coast is what is causing all of the rain in Texas. Yesterday it looked a lot more like a tropical system than it does today though...

global warming wasnt real until al gore started advertising it like he was campaigning for the 2008 presidential election. so its his fault for making something out of nothing.
