I don't know how many of you follow junior college softball, but Western Texas College leads Howard College, 6-3, in the finals of the regional tournament. The winner will play in the national tournament in Florida.

The game is going into the bottom of the fifth with WTC leading 9-3.

WTC is six outs from Florida. WTC 9, Howard College 3 going into the sixth inning. Raquel Hawkins of Monahans and Carly Case of Bowie are two of the leaders for the WTC team.

WTC scored in the top of the seventh and takes a 10-7 lead. Raquel Hawkins of Monahans is going to the pitcher's circle. The Lady Westerners are three outs away from Florida.
