My eldest son is getting married. We want someplace special but I don't want to be too extravagant

The Rose Chapel in Fort Worth is where my wife and I were married...it was very inexpensive considering everything that they provide, but it looked much more extravagent than most of the other options we looked at.

A family friend of ours in the area has started up her own photography business. From an amateur photographers opinion, I think she does a very good job. Check out the site here:

I don't know how those prices relate to other photographers for weddings but her non-wedding day activity prices look quite reasonable.
