Is Region III & IV really "weak"

All I hear lately is that, this Dist. or that in these two Regions are "Weak". Also, that Division I is "weak" in these two Regions....I looked back over back data and that simply is not true for a number of years and in fact they have a very good record in State Playoffs-What gives?....Comments

Region IV, as a whole, is considerably weaker than the other 3 regions. But, there are some teams that could compete in the other regions.

To me, it looks like div I 3A is pretty solid, although region IV div II does lok pretty weak overall

I think the reason people think region 4 is weak is because they don't win alot of state titles.But I think if you pair the top 20 teams in r4 against the top 20 in any other region I think region 4 would win half of em.Every region has its great teams but all in all I think the regions are pretty equal.
