Hopefully Conroe HS has tarps and can cover field. Forecast shows drier forecast for Thursday and Friday.

The Bellville pitching staff has not allowed a run in the past 25 innings.

Alyssa Murphy and Lauren Leutge have controlled the circle all year for the Brahmanettes (19-8, 7-4). Murphy is 11-3 with 155 strikeouts and a 0.42 ERA. Leutge is 8-5 with 114 strikeouts and a 0.62 ERA.

Leutge had 19 strikeouts in an 11-inning game against Sweeny on Friday to push Bellville into the area playoffs.

The Brahmanettes will play Bridge City in a three-game series that starts Thursday.
