The whole Quinn was a steal for Cleveland issue

If the Browns had just selected Quinn with 22nd pick, then I agree it would be a steal

BUT the fact they gave up this year's second AND next year's first negates that

In essence they are using two picks on him. So no matter how good he turns out to be they did not get a steal

We will see in next 5 years if the trade/pick was a value or throwing picks away

That could wind up being a Top 5 pick for Dallas, depending on how the Browns do this year.
