Hard to go against Shawnbrey, but anything can & will happen!!! Do you have the schedule for the state meet?

I put Shawnbrey vs. Skye in the subject because I think it will be either one of those. They will step up at the State Meet.

I thin it will be either McNeal or Green. Both will step up their game for the state meet. McNeal does that every year!

It will be a nail-biter to the finish, should be very tight all the way down the track.

I just hope that Shawnbrey just once will be able to get a fast start out of the blocks. If he does that instead of hesitating (A false start a few years back has made him a bit of a slow starter ever since.) I think he could run somewhere around a 10.35 or maybe even a bit better. I'm thinking he'll probably run somewhere around his time from last year though of 10.45.

Stephon hasn't run over about 10.8 all year. Several times in the 10.5 to 10.6 range. I think his fasted FAT was 10.52, I believe. 11.04 at regional was a fluke. Horrible track, bad start, strong head wind, and questionable timing.

Don't underestimate him. He is still just a junior. He is consistently 0.3 to 0.4 faster this year than he was last year.

Look for Cuero to go under 42 in the 4x100. Not the 41.25 they ran last year but still damn fast. 41.8 should be pretty salty.

Look for our 4x200 to go about 1:27 to 1:27.5. We are very beatable in that race. We don't have that 21 flat last leg like we had when we had Brandon James.

Look for gobbler84 in the discus to chunk one about 175 or so. Hopefully good enough to medal.

No doubt, Skye has the legs to win this race. But this race will be won by the one with the most heart. This is the question that has been lingering in most peoples mind since the last 10 meters of last years race. One thing is for certain; whoever wins will have to sprint the entire 100 meters. A 90 meter sprint, and a 10 meter coast, wont get it done.
Good Luck Skye!
Time to make us all forget about last year.;)

Because we would have hated for it to hit him when he got to college( know what I mean),but with all said IMO those are the top 3 for the 3A -100m.
