Baron Davis can...

If this wasn't a family website I would say what he can do.
It's not nice.

Yea, your right......

all it did was tie the game and brought the crowd back into the game and gave Golden State some momentum going into the 3rd;)

The shot alone was nothing special though.

nothing special...LOL...You know how those half-court shots are hit during every playoff game! It was a great way for the Warriors to go into halftime when just seconds before it looked like Dirk had shut them up by finally doing something.

I'd trade both of them provided it's the healthy version of BD. Seeing this just hacks me off more that the Lakers passed on trading for him when they had the chance to. How different things could be right now if they had pulled the trigger and brought him in.

It was a great way to go into the half for Golden State. It cracked me up how the announcers were talking about how Golden State should be happy going to the half only trailing by 3. I commented that there was still time left, so we didn't know that they would be going to the half down 3.

Unless Dirk shot it backwards, underhanded, through his legs, with his eyes closed, etc... then yes.

Surprised they didn't call a foul on it.

Somebody better wake Dallas up pretty quickly. They can't afford for Golden State to begin this half on a big run.

i know playoffs dont count when it comes to the MVP voting but theres no way Dirk is the MVP of the league

Yeah, they're all sounding like idiots whining over a correct call.

is Baron Davis a poor man's Tim Duncan? ;)
looks like Terry will be the one taking the big shots tonight...

Anyone just like that 3 that Stackhouse banked in at the shot clock buzzer. I think he called glass though.

Nellie! Nellie! Nellie! Nellie!

This series isn't over yet, BUT Dirk is just not a big-game player. He's killing the Mavs right now. Baron continues to pull Dirk's pants down with another clutch performance. I like Dirk, but Baron is the MVP thus far in this series at least.

Someone should tell Avery that you DON'T WASTE ALL YOUR TIMEOUTS and cost your team a chance to draw up a play at the end. Poor clock management on his part and just really a poor effort all-around from Dallas tonight.

Dallas is just simply getting outplayed by a team with nothing to lose. Golden State looks unbelievable.

You are right. Dallas is doomed this year. And what a waste of an opportunity with the Heat out of it. Terrible play by Dallas in the last 5 minutes.

I said this earlier in the year...it is a curse to have the leagues best record going into the playoffs unless you were michael jordan with the bulls in their days!

Don Nelson groomed Avery Johnson for that job, it's student VS
the teacher or better yet the professor and right the professor
is doing some serious teaching ...........LOL:thinking:

you have to realize also that Nelson is at an advantage by knowing all or most of Dallas' players and their styles and such. He knows how to stop them or slow them down.

I bet Cuban threatens to sell the team after this season and will blame his decision on the officiating!
