The Dallas Cowboys reported several teams to the NFL offices for illegal draft moves. However, the teams were not in any violation of rules the Cowboys had just misunderstood the rules.

It is in fact legal to draft an offensive player in the first round.

They should have a top 10 draft pick next year hope they don't screw that up
