Forney's defensive stats...

There was some discussion earlier this week about what Forney's defense (supposed to be the weak spot on the team coming into this year) is doing...well, here's the stats, and it's very impressive

PPG allowed: 11.3 (take away Horn, and it's 7.4)

total yards allowed per game: 177 (only gave up 32 total yards to Pinkston!)

rushing yards allowed per game: 139
passing yards allowed per game: 38

10 turnovers forced
1 safety

Very impressive indeed.

[Forney could hold Burnet] Maybe so, but Ive heard others make that statement this year. My policy is to take no one for granted. I truely hope Forney has the opportunity to try and hold Burnet this year. It would be a great game to see. Until then, who knows.
