The SQT originally scheduled for Texas A&M-Kingsville has been moved to June 16 to Cuero High, please contact Roland Gonzales (CC Ray HC) at 361-878-1498

I think it's when you put the weight bar across your shoulder and squat down and then lift the weight as you raise up. ;)

I asked the same question! I had no idea what a SQT was and why Matt was so exicted about it!

For me 7 on 7 is great..not only does it satisfy my football cravings in May and June but you get to see very unique matchups and some of the best players in the state in excellent one on one individual matchups where you can see their talent up close and personal....plus at SQTs you can see 16 teams in one day....the heat sucks but other than that it doesn't get much better in May, June and July!

I'm glad that you and others can get in to it. It excites me about as much as Arena Football and that doesn't excite me!
