- Newton boys 63, Diboll 62 - The Diboll Lumberjacks got in the loss column for the first time this season as they dropped a 63-62 heartbreaker at Newton Tuesday night.

The Lumberjacks held a lead down the stretch but missed 8 of 10 free throws to pick up the loss.

Jermichael Finley led the Lumberjacks with 23 points.

Diboll hosts Woodville on Friday night.
