I don't know Raider Red, it's hard to find info - I wouldn't have known about Reg III results if Shankbear hadn't of posted it a while ago
- I just talked to Lil44 (he's on his way back from the softball game) - he mentioned LaMesa and Andrews maybe for Reg I - not sure if he knew they'd advanced or if that's just 2 teams projected to advance.. I am sure the UIL site will have participants listed as soon as all the tourneys are completed.

Injured - 10 strokes - that makes for a stressful day for moms and dads - believe me - I know from where I speak :)

re Girls - Snyder was really good last year - I look for Snyder to take 1st and Yoakum 2nd.... I think Yoakum has been something like 25 or 26 years in a row........

Even though Snyder beat Andrews for the district title (by 24 strokes), Andrews returned the favor and won the Region I title by 17 strokes. Snyder and Andrews will be some stiff competition.

yep, that's the way golf is - that's why we stress it on the boys to never give up - if you have a bad hole - forget about it and forcus on the next hole - 90% mental -

Any of the following teams could win -

Boys Teams look to be set as follows:

Reg I
Andrews
Graham

Reg II (does anyone have a link to the scores or at least where the tourney was played?)
Spring Hill
Atlanta

Reg III
Palestine
Gatesville

Reg IV
Castroville Medina Valley
Cuero

Just wondering....Why is Port Isabel listed as finishing 11th and Luling 10th when they had the same score? Also Lyford being 15th and West Oso 14th when they both had 731. Sounds like a little anti-RGV bias to me:mad:

i am guessing a scorecard playoff as is usually done to break ties that dont really affect the outcome of the rest ofthe tourney.

I wasn't going to mention this, but since you brought it up - I did see a bunch of coaches huddled up together - I bet they were conspiring against the RGV teams  Seriously, I don't have the answer - but I do know the PI and Lyford coaches were right there - so if there was a problem, I assume they'd of said something then.. The only actual playoff there was - was between a Pleasanton player and a Medina Valley "B" player (for 2nd spot as a Medalist to advance to State) Luling did have a player that darn near placed as a medalist himself - so maybe they went with the team that had the lowest score - who knows
