Good to see Dallas has learned from their mistakes in game one...

It's NOT a good idea to shoot jumpers playing against a team that likes to run off of all those long rebounds. They better start going to the hole pretty quickly.

Monta Ellis is showing how good hes going to be and already is

Ellis has quite a motor. He's why Jason Richardson won't be with the Warriors long-term. He's so darn fast and so darn good.

The scary thing right now for Dallas, to me at least, is Davis really hasn't done anything as of yet and they still put 30 on the board in the first quarter.

By the way does anyone on the Mavs realize that Stephen Jackson is a very capable scorer and it's not a real good idea to continually leave him wide open?

Dallas should pull away and win this one handily. Not all that convinced though that the Mavs are going to win either game in Oakland with what I've seen from them thus far tonight. I still think Dallas wins this series, but I think it'll take 7 games to pull it off.

Just don't like NBA officials. They consistently ruin games. Couldn't have been happier to see Joey Crawford get sent home for the playoffs. Van Exel is still one of my all-time favorite players for when he punked Ron Garretson back in 97 in Denver.

I'm actually anticipating game 3. This series looks like it's finally about to get good once the series shifts to Oakland. This series had been pretty boring until about 30 minutes ago! The Mavs did a good job staying focused tonight and the Warriors went Cuban on the officials. That along with Dallas playing some great ball offensively really has done them in.

I wonder who it's going to be that'll get in a fight out in Oakland. I'm betting on Jackson and Stackhouse going at it at some point. I'd take Stack with a KO though if they went at it!

Think I was fairly clear this has to do with NBA officials. I have no respect for them. They're by far the most unprofessional officials in pro sports. I respect NFL officials (Ed Hochuli in particular), but NBA officials are nothing more than a joke and black eye to the profession.

I've yelled at high school and college officials a few times, but who hasn't done that. The most entertaining hecklers I've seen are usually when I've been at a game in a small town. Those folks take it to a whole other level with the threats they throw out there.

Well whoever goes at it, Bob Uecker needs to be the one announcing the game. Preferrably as drunk as possible!

I think Baron could take Diop, but I don't know if he could take out Dampier. He may be soft as a basketball player, but I'd have to imagine that a country boy from Mississippi could hold his own in a fight!

I think the Mavs starting lineup for game 3 should be:

JET
Stack
JHo
Damp
Willis

When the official throws the ball up, they should just "drop the gloves" hockey style and go to town on Golden State!

Yep can't have Dirk out there for that. The Big German looks like he has a glass chin.

I think I'd counter that with

BD
Jackson
J Rich
Barnes
Harrington

I think Jet and Howard would go down quick, but I think Damp, Willis and Stack could fight 3 on 5 and hold their own.
