A lady just called, she wanted to know how much of a refund she was going to get when she cancelled her car insurance when she moved out of state. I asked her WHEN she was moving - "she wasn't sure"........ DUH how can I canculate a pro-rated premium without a date? gotta love smart people. I was nice and didn't make a smart a$$ comment :)
