Yankees vs Red Sox...nothing else comes close in pro sports IMO.

In the other sports...

NBA - Mavs vs Spurs or Suns (new school), Chicago vs Detroit or New York (old school)
NFL - Broncos vs Raiders, Cowboys vs Redskins
NHL - Red Wings vs Avalanche, Devils vs Rangers
