yeah it was a pretty good game last nite........one question do they keep their state champ rings in there pockets? cause they didnt go to the dugout and they all had em on when we shook hands.....hmm

Last year, after we beat Wimberley both times in baseball, they wore their state rings to shake hands. I'm guessing that's where we got it. I don't really like it, and I don't think a coach should allow it, but that's just me. Jewelry is not allowed during the game, so there's no need to put it on afterwards. This is baseball season; not football. Winning state in football was awesome, but it doesn't really take away from the disappointment that was this baseball season. We really underachieved, especially in district where we looked like a freshman team at times.
