so far only 6 teams have clinched a district championship...with a win tomorrow night, we'll get one too...

The district generally isnt all that tough but 17 straight seasons is studly. Clay Martin is easily one of the top baseball coaches in the state.

i went to his baseball camp every year till i moved and he knew his stuff thats for sure

congrats wylie.... 17 straight is really awesome, don't care who you are playing it's still hard to accomplish

This may set up a first round with Decatur - they are playing hard but not where they've been in the past few years. You never know what'll happen.

Wylie and Decatur wouldn't meet up until the regional finals. Wylie will get a bye in the first round and then will play the winner of the game between 5-3A #3 seed (Perryton or Borger) vs. 6-3A #2 seed (Iowa Park, Vernon, Graham-all at 3-3 right now).

i just wish that they had some better pitching to look at in district to help with playoffs. but either im proud of those boys
