Wow...you're getting a nice landlord!!! It rare to hear about that kind of deal! I've heard about it at apartments, but they generally jack up your rate to compensate...congrats!!!

I shouldn't have posted pictures....now Gary is gonna stalk me and Terry. He loves us both so much! We keep trying to tell him we are busy and can't hang out...but....you know how he is.
