yes, but can I stay awake that late? I couldn't. I hadn't watched a hockey game in FOREVER, but I couldn't hang. My meds kicked in mid-way thru the 3rd period.

Who leads this series? When is the next game?

I was at this game, and it was amazing how the tides turned in the third. Dallas dominated the first two periods, but then Vancouver took over and you had the feeling Dallas didn't have a chance once it went to OT.

I wonder if the Stars will ever win an OT game in the playoffs. :(

You're right. The Nucks were buzzing.

Marty should not get any critisim on this one. He kept them in it. They have got to get something from their top players. This was even more difficult to take given how well they played Friday night. Very frustrating.

To me...it felt like the last few minutes of the 2nd period went from a "let's keep playing hard and get this lead to 2-0" to a "let's get to the locker room as soon as we can" mentality. At that point...you knew the equalizer was coming in the 3rd as Turco was being hung out to dry IMO. I thought he played a great game and it was a bad break that gave up the equalizer IMO. He makes a great save but there was nobody there to clear out the rebound for him. :(

If the Stars win this series, it shouldn't fall on Turco's shoulders the way it has the last few years...he's been their best player by far!
