ROFLMAO atleast I am not the only one that loves the food network.. a lot of my friends think I am outta my mind... I cant watch it late at night though.. makes me hungry and its bad to eat late at night lol.

speaking of the Food Network lol.... We grilled fresh Salmon last night and it was delicious but hubby said "man, this would be really good with some kind of sauce on it" .. so my question - what kind of sauce (nothing too hard of course) would be good on Salmon?

When we do fish I know we blacken it and its to DIE for, a lil spicy sometimes but its delicious! You could always email food network.... or Emeril.. he is my favorite for things like that...
