No, not the case. Things can be innocently funny right up to the very last remark. Then comes the "F" bomb or something similar. I'm just asking that each of you review the entire item before you post a link to it.

So if we post something to youtube and something comes up with a dirty word in a comment we are responsible for the links they click on outside of the link we designated?

No, you are only responsible for your intended link and its content unless you direct readers to the other stuff within your post.
