Armadillo meat is kinda tough but possum stew is AWESOME!

It's not so much the taste but rather which is more available at the time.

armdillo is pretty good me and my roommate cooked some when we went to his deer lease this year never had possum but might have to try it

the armadillo meat has a terrible composition but Possum my friend is the other white meat!
