here's the schedule etc..from the Cuero Record....

Cuero High School will again host this year's district track attracting athletes from Yoakum, Gonzales, Goliad, and Palacios.



Field events start Wednesday, April 10 at 3 p.m. Running prelims will start at 5:30. Thursday's schedule will see field events stating at noon and running finals starting at 2:45.

Cuero's Gobblers took top honors last year collecting just over 240 points and outdistancing the nearest school by over 100 points. Cuero had 11 first place finishes and qualified for regional in 15 events.

The Lady Gobblers performed almost as well taking the district crown for the second consecutive year. They won five first places and qualified for regionals in 12 events.

This year's regional meet will be at Kingsville April 26-28.

Currently the Gobblers are leading their district in shot put, discus, high jump, long jump, triple jump, 400m relay, 110m hurdles, 100m dash, 800m relay, 200m dash, and 1600m relay.

The Lady Gobblers are hoping to see success in discus, long jump, 400m relay, 100m hurdles, 800m relay, 400m dash, and 1600m relay.
