Wylie is pretty good offensively but their defense has been known to fall apart.

Sinton Boys won 19-0 in four innings. Fantastic game. I think our pitcher had a no-hitter.

For two weeks now this unbelievable funk has gone on.

Offense, defense, you name it.

Unless someone steps up as a team leader, this team with all the potential in the world and pitching to spare will not make it out of the first round.

Funny, but I thought that Robstown might be forgotten with CalCats and Moody now in the region. They have a funny way to make us remember how good they are...lol. What an area(Coastal Bend) to have to play such great teams.:cool:

Wylie defeated Sweetwater Tuesday 18-0 to continue their perfect district record. The win brings the Bulldogs to 5-0 and 21-1 overall.

''All three pitchers threw exceptionally well,'' Wylie coach Clay Martin said. ''In the third, there were two outs and with a costly error we were able to score seven unearned runs. We did a good job at the plate and had good at bats.''

The Bulldogs' next game is Friday at home against Breckenridge at 4:30 p.m.
