They beat the Cubs 5-3 in Chicago. Everett hit a 2 run homer in the 8th to give Houston the win. :clap: :clap: :clap:

Great AB too. Fouled off numerous pitches & took some close ones. Gotta give him credit, but he made his 3rd error too.

I like Everett, but let's not too giddy about a few games. He is in the majors b/c of his glove not bat. Big hit today though for sure. Let's see those averages & offensive #s after a few weeks. My $$ is on Lance Berkman (last year .315 avg. 45 HRS 137 RBI, OB% & slugging great too)!
