The final score of the match was 4 - 2. One of the matches had not been concluded but the power went out so the game was suspended. It wouldn't have affected the outcome since UT had already cinched the match. With this point the Horns now lead 7.5 to 5. This was really a must win for the Horns.
Regarding the contests left I feel for sure the Horns will win Men's Outdoor Track and Field and the Aggies will beat the Horns in Women's Track and Field and Women's Golf.
The others look like they will be very close. More discussion on this later.
