To avoid any confusion, I'd like to explain this list. I compiled this list from information on the "Data Poll." I took the rankings from each team in each individual district and averaged them. I then sorted the results from the lowest number to the higest number resulting in a list of the districts containing the best teams to those containing the worst teams.
Rank-District-Average Ranking of Teams
1. 6 62.3
2. 18 65

6. 25 79.7
7. 15 81.4

9. 29 87.6
10. 22 94.2
11. 14 94.3
12. 21 94.3

I don't mind replying to this one...

District 6-3A has to be one of the top 5 toughest in the state.
Vernon
Graham
and Bridgeport all play here. Vernon went deep in the playoffs, Graham got suprised, and Bridgeport is Region 1 Div2 Champs. That makes it at least in the top 5, although I think number 1 may be a stretch.

District 21-3A had two teams (Bridge City and Newton) who both made it to the 4th round.

Way too much West Texas bias there, Homer. #1 and 3 districts in state from West? You're crazy. More realistic was district rankings done by Pigskin Prep a 2 seasons ago(but would hold true most years). They had 7 out of Region I's 8 teams in the bottom 10 districts in the state. Only 1 district in the whole region even played respectable 3A football. By the way, notice this weeks and next weeks semifinal games between Region 1 and 2 teams.

this means nothing!! district 27 had one of the hardest districts around. Marion, La Verrnia, and Bandera were all ranked in the San Antonio top ten Sub-5A all season.
