Because they are waiting to see if someone might eventually come along. Don't want to hurry and pull out in front of someone! :D Even if they are not in sight! :D :D

Speaking of driving, when I got to Jasper today at noon, they had Main Street totally blocked off from First Baptist all the way up to Mahaffey's BBQ place. They were FINALLY paving the street. About time. It had really fallen into a state of dis-repair. :(
