It may have helped if I had informed everyone of this nasty little bacteria.

These are obviously real pictures and are caused by necrotizing fasciitis (ie. the flesh-eating bacteria).

Very interesting and very scary bacteria.

Geez, I thought it would be safe when this thread went to page 2....little did I know!

Is that the same flesh eating bacteria that wade fishermen are prone to get? Over the last couple of years, there have been numerous cases here on the coast.

Nasty and scarey.......
