Worst I have ever seen

This is the worst cleft palate I have ever seen. But cute baby!

I wish I knew if reconstructive surgery was even possible. Doesn't look like it to me but I am no surgeon. :(

bless her heart - hopefully as she grows - her parents will have plastic surgeons doing periodic surgery to make her life better....

Some things are hereditary...others are caused by lifestyle choices (drugs, alcohol, etc) of the parents that effect the reproductive process...and others are just random occurence.
