Did they have the pep rally to show support for him and basketball team, or is that still coming up?

they had a YELL PRACTICE for him tuesday night on campus. also a local radio station did a thing called "cookies for gillisipe" and all they money they made went to coach g.

I donated $5.00 yesterday to a group raising money to give a girl with muscular distrophy (sp?) her dream trip (or something)...

I think that's cool when people do stuff like that...

coach G will not take that money, he will probably give it to some charity...

he's a good man...

Yep, Dick Vitale told of how Gillispie asked about the Jim Valvano fund and when told what it was for immediately gave $50K. This was just before the first big nationally televised game this year, I believe.

A&M needs this guy, glad they are showing the commitment.

Just wondering here, would it be unethical for BCG to buy cookies from the radio station and re-collect the money he spent effectively just getting free cookies??
